2. Franchise Disclosure (Independent Ownership)
True North Restoration is a franchise system. Each True North Restoration location is an independently owned and operated legal entity (a "Franchisee"). * The Franchisor (True North Restoration, LLC) provides the website and brand standards but does not perform restoration services.
- Any contract for services is solely between the customer and the specific local Franchisee performing the work.
- The Franchisor is not liable for the acts, omissions, or work quality of independent Franchisees.
3. Testimonial Disclaimer
Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences of our customers and are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not intended to guarantee, promise, or represent that all customers will achieve the same or similar results. Part 2: SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms
This section fulfills 2026 TCPA and Carrier Compliance requirements.
1. Consent to Messaging
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, you provide express written consent to receive automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) from True North Restoration and its local Franchisees. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Purpose, Frequency & Rates
Messages are used for service updates, appointment reminders, and marketing. Frequency varies by project status but will not exceed 4 marketing messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out & Help
- To Stop: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days.

Part 3: Privacy Policy

2. Sharing with Franchisees & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share your data with the local, independently owned Franchisee responsible for your service area to fulfill your request. We also employ third-party providers (e.g., Google Analytics) to assist in analyzing how our Service is used; these parties are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.
3. Mobile Privacy Policy (Carrier Guarantee)
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
